The role designs and optimizes end-to-end workflows, establishes process frameworks, partners with business and technology teams, drives automation and AI-enabled transformation, and leads a high-performing team. Candidates need at least 8 years of experience in business systems, process improvement, workflow management, transformation, business architecture, or related functions, along with team leadership and cross-functional influence experience. The U.S. pay range is $153,600–$265,350 annually, with California pay at $183,300–$265,350.
