The role manages personnel, work environment, and operations; sets direction, prioritizes work, removes obstacles, and fosters collaboration; strengthens the group’s organizational position; and contributes to strategic business development. The position requires a Bachelor of Engineering degree or equivalent, leadership and maintenance or relevant technical operations experience, engineering knowledge, and Swedish and English language skills.
