Meribel Pharma Solutions is hiring a Microbiology Laboratory Manager at its Karlskoga facility to lead and develop laboratory engineers, a production hygienist, and related personnel while actively contributing to microbiology and production hygiene operations. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on work, including project management, training, sterilization and regulatory compliance, inspections, quality improvement, deviation management, investigations, validations, and change requests. Candidates need documented dynamic leadership experience, microbiology knowledge, strong Swedish and English skills, and preferably pharmaceutical manufacturing and risk-based operation experience.
