The role defines multi-year capability roadmaps, maintains production system health, leads solution design and delivery, partners with data science and other cross-functional teams, and manages a team of Business Systems Analysts. Candidates need 10+ years of relevant operations technology experience, 5+ years leading teams, deep enterprise-scale workforce management or routing expertise, quantitative and systems-analysis skills, and an undergraduate degree in a relevant quantitative discipline.
