Description
Intuit is hiring a Manager, Partner Program Operations to build and lead a small team responsible for the day-to-day operations of its Global Partner Program. The role owns partner onboarding and lifecycle, tiering and incentives, tier-aware support, co-sell protection, benefits, governance, BRD and SOP ownership, incentive and automation design, and the unified operating model. It also coordinates with partner program design, sales, data and systems engineering, enablement, finance, and legal, and drives launch readiness and migration of legacy partners. The position requires 7+ years of relevant operations experience, 2+ years of people management or team-building experience, and experience building an operations function from the ground up.
