Silex Microsystems is hiring a Group Manager to lead and grow a Product Development team of Product Managers, while also serving as a Senior Product Manager for customer programs. The role combines people management, resource planning, technical and commercial support, customer program delivery, team development, and escalation of complex customer challenges. Candidates need at least five years of project or program management experience, customer-facing experience, MEMS integration or product development experience, formal leadership experience, and a Master’s degree in Engineering.
