Description
The Dutch Heart Foundation is hiring a Group Manager, Programs to lead approximately 40 professionals across four programs teams, guide department development, represent the organization in advocacy, and contribute to strategic agendas, early-detection initiatives, knowledge management, partnerships, and sustainable funding. The role reports to the managing director, works 32–40 hours per week in a hybrid arrangement in The Hague, and offers a gross monthly salary of €6,211–€9,456 for a full-time position.
