Description
Bosch is hiring a senior engineering leader in China to build and manage a high-performing software and systems engineering organization for the global automotive market. The role leads specialized engineers, manages recruiting, onboarding, performance, resource allocation, and administrative processes, and owns the architecture, requirements, validation, safety, and release of key automotive power-electronics work products. It requires a relevant engineering degree, extensive automotive power-electronics development experience, line-management and budget responsibility, strong SW/SYS architecture and development-lifecycle expertise, and fluency in Chinese and English.
