WSP Structural Engineering is hiring a People & Portfolio Lead for its Luleå office to lead employees, develop the business, manage client assignments, build client relationships, and support sales and tender activities. The role may also involve assignment management, project management, technical leadership, or senior consulting on current projects, including offshore work in India and Romania. Candidates need a bachelor of engineering or equivalent structural engineering education, substantial professional experience in structural engineering, strong Swedish and English skills, and the ability to lead project teams.
