Description

Crowley Car Company is hiring a full-time Group Marketing Director in Escondido, California, to lead the marketing strategy and performance across four automotive dealerships. The role reports to the VP of Operations, partners with four General Managers, and oversees digital marketing, customer data, lead generation, CRM, vendor and technology management, OEM and co-op programs, and emerging technologies. The position offers a total compensation range of $150,000-$200,000, including a performance bonus, health insurance, retirement, paid time off, and employee discounts.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Significant marketing leadership experience, preferably in automotive retail or a multi-location dealership organization
Experience managing significant marketing budgets and evaluating ROI
Experience managing agencies, vendors, and technology providers
Experience working with OEM marketing and co-op programs
Preferred Qualifications: Strong understanding of dealership digital marketing, CRM/database marketing, websites, lead generation, and reputation management
Familiarity with automotive CRM, DMS, digital retailing, and lead-management environments
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
