MOL Group is hiring a Group Polyolefin Product Development Manager to lead polyolefin-related research and development across its Downstream business. The role manages the product development organization, innovation pipeline, laboratory services, technical consulting, technology assessments, partnerships, and strategic alignment with internal and external stakeholders. It requires an MSc in Chemical Engineering or a related technical field, at least 10 years of relevant industrial or R&D experience, and at least 5 years of leadership experience. The position is full-time and permanent in Tiszaújváros, reporting to the Head of Downstream R&D.
