Schréder is hiring a Group Product Development Manager in Liège, Belgium, to lead a multidisciplinary team through the full lifecycle of new product development, including validation, certification, market introduction, and post-release maintenance. The role manages cross-functional resources, sets SMART objectives, develops the product and competency roadmap, coordinates with engineering, purchasing, laboratory, production, and supply chain stakeholders, and mitigates technical, industrialization, supply chain, and project risks. The position requires a master's degree in engineering or a related field, 5–10 years of relevant experience, people-management and project-management knowledge, PLM and SolidWorks proficiency, and English and French language skills.
