Benchmark Health is hiring a Group Product Manager to lead a small team of 1–2 product managers while also owning a meaningful slice of the product roadmap. The role is a player-coach position involving hands-on discovery, requirements, specification, engineering collaboration, launch planning, and outcome measurement across clinical, operational, PCP-facing, and patient-facing products. The position is AI-native, requires health-tech experience, and prefers experience with internal tools, clinicians, behavioral health, care coordination, triage systems, or value-based care models. The hybrid arrangement is based in the Boston area, with a preferred Needham office and broader New England or East Coast flexibility.
