Description
NAVEX is hiring a Group Product Manager for its Data & Analytics solutions, including the Power BI reporting suite and unified data model. The role owns the strategy, roadmap, investment priorities, and delivery across the portfolio, leads Product Managers and cross-functional teams, conducts customer and competitive research, manages tradeoffs and dependencies, and partners with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and Finance. The position requires at least 8 years of progressive enterprise software, platform, or SaaS product-management experience, including 2+ years leading Product Managers or comparable teams, and offers a starting pay range of $150,000+ per annum with a 5% MBO.
