Total Quality Logistics is hiring a Group Product Manager in Tampa, Florida, to lead Product Operations Team Leads and senior individual contributors while defining the strategy and operating model for Product Operations within the company’s technology ecosystem. The role combines people leadership, operational strategy, process standardization, cross-functional partnership with Product and Engineering, and development of scalable workflows. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and at least 10 years of product operations, product enablement, or operational leadership experience, along with 1–2 years of people-management experience. The position offers a $130,000–$170,000 base salary, hybrid work with 40 remote hours per month, health, dental, and vision coverage, and no employment visa sponsorship.
