Alfred H Knight is hiring a full-time Group Quality Apprentice in Liverpool, United Kingdom, to support quality control and continuous improvement in metals and minerals laboratory operations. The role includes managing internal quality-control materials, maintaining and producing replacement stocks, supporting method validation and verification, and providing administrative support. Candidates need Microsoft Office and Google Suite experience, computer literacy, attention to detail, communication skills, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Level 4 Improvement Practitioner training, Maths and English at grade 5 or above, and a basic understanding of chemistry. Overseas travel of generally no more than two weeks per trip may be required, and the apprentice may progress to a full-time quality-sector position.
