Rite of Passage Team is hiring a Group Supervisor at Monarch Academy for Girls in Denison, Texas. The role supervises Direct Juvenile Support Workers, Coach Counselors, and Night Coach Counselors; works with staff and students on units, education, and ROP activities; enforces facility and daily schedules; maintains staff-to-student ratios; and models ROP programming. The position pays $50,000 annually, offers a $1,000 training bonus, and provides medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement matching, and paid time off. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of experience working with at-risk youth, to be at least 21, and must pass background, drug, physical, TB, and abuse-registry checks and meet ROP driver requirements. The schedule is 42 hours per week on a three-and-a-half-days-on, three-and-a-half-days-off basis.
