Group Supervisor – Product Design at ISN

ISN is hiring a Group Supervisor – Product Design to lead and coach a product design team while also working hands-on on customer experience projects. The role combines UX/UI design, enterprise design standards, design systems, AI-enabled design workflows, and team leadership. Candidates need at least 9 years of product design experience, 2 years supervising product designers, strong Figma and UI design skills, and a portfolio. The position is based in Dallas, Texas, with required in-person attendance of at least two days per week during the first 90 days and at least one day per month thereafter.
