ISN is hiring a Group Supervisor – Software Engineering to lead and coach a software engineering team, guide project delivery, and provide technical leadership. The role requires approximately 8+ years of software engineering experience, including .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript/jQuery, SQL Server, and Microsoft Azure, along with experience leading engineering teams of about 10–12 professionals. Responsibilities include establishing software quality practices, collaborating with developers, business analysts, and architects, coordinating with Scrum teams, participating in code reviews, and scaling applications using synchronous and asynchronous design patterns. The position is based at ISN’s Dallas office and requires in-person attendance of at least two days per week during the first 90 days, then at least one day per month.
