GEODIS is hiring a Group Talent Development Apprentice in Levallois-Perret, France, on a 100% full-time apprenticeship contract. The role leads the Jump'In program for young talent, supports High Potential policies and the annual People Review process, and contributes to cross-functional talent development, leadership development, employee experience, and mobility projects. Candidates should have a master's-level qualification in human resources or business school, strong organizational and communication skills, professional English, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; recent graduates or candidates with no professional experience are eligible.
