The role involves defining and leading a comprehensive, group-wide training strategy across all operational sites in the UK and Ireland. Key responsibilities include setting training standards, optimizing the LMS, developing trainers, and ensuring continuous improvement through data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will have experience in regulated environments such as manufacturing, FMCG, or food, possess strong design and implementation capabilities for training frameworks, and demonstrate expertise in compliance, SOPs, and audit readiness.
