Description
Westwood Community Church is hiring a full-time, exempt Groups and Engagement Pastor in Chanhassen to lead adult discipleship, small-group ministry, engagement pathways, and related ministry systems. The role reports to the Executive Pastor of Ministries, supervises assigned staff and volunteers, and oversees small-group leaders, coaches, and lay leaders. Responsibilities include pastoral care, teaching, officiating, recruiting and developing leaders, launching and multiplying groups, designing large-funnel engagement experiences, evaluating ministry data, and collaborating with campus pastors and ministry leaders. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least three years of direct ministry leadership experience, pastoral and teaching ability, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; seminary training or equivalent theological training is preferred. The salary is $60,000–$70,000 annually.
