Description
The Groups Coordinator supports Highland Park United Methodist Church’s small-group ministry by planning and executing spring and fall launch events, recruiting and supporting small-group leaders, maintaining participant and group records, tracking engagement metrics, and promoting participation through communications. The role reports to the Pastor of Connections and Community, works at the Mockingbird campus, and requires at least two years of ministry experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Office, TouchPoint, and G Suite.
