Description
The Horticulturist assists the Head Grower and Senior Grower in producing high-quality ornamental plants by managing plant nutrition, watering, greenhouse environments, plant health, Integrated Pest Management, crop records, and spray applications. The role requires a horticulture degree or diploma, at least two years of similar experience, greenhouse-management knowledge, leadership and problem-solving skills, availability for call and weekends, and a valid spray or pesticide license.
