Haystack News is hiring a full-time, individual-contributor Growth Analytics & Operations Lead in San Francisco or Fort Lauderdale. The role owns paid growth measurement, attribution, LTV and payback modeling, incrementality and A/B testing, dashboards, budget pacing and forecasting, financial modeling, and tracking integrity across consumer apps, streaming, media, gaming, and connected TV. The position requires a quantitative or analytical bachelor’s degree, 4–7 years of relevant experience including at least two years in a paid acquisition team, strong SQL and Snowflake skills, attribution and experimentation expertise, and daily use of AI tools.
