Coupang Eats is hiring a Growth Analytics Manager to establish data-driven strategies for merchant business growth. The role analyzes customer and merchant behavior, manages revenue, order, and repurchase-rate KPIs, develops segmentation and acquisition strategies, conducts forecasting and simulations, and prepares executive reports. It requires a bachelor’s degree or higher, at least five years of relevant experience, and expertise in strategy consulting, business analytics, growth analytics, commercial strategy, SQL, Excel, Python, and statistical analysis. The position is full-time with a 12-week probation period.
