Description
LawnStarter is hiring its first Growth and Experimentation Analyst to own the experimentation program, including test design, statistical rigor, readouts, and the acquisition-to-conversion funnel across paid, organic, and partner channels. The role partners with CRO, performance marketing, and Growth product managers; extends automated metrics, statistical-significance tooling, and AI skills in Lightdash and Python; and builds a trusted funnel model and standards for scaling the function. It requires strong SQL, Python, dbt, Lightdash, experiment instrumentation, and funnel analytics skills, and offers a fully remote arrangement with a base salary of $75,000–$100,000 USD annually.
