Description
LawnStarter is hiring its first dedicated Growth and Experimentation Data Analyst to own experimentation rigor, acquisition-to-conversion funnel analytics, and self-serve experimentation tooling. The individual contributor will design and evaluate tests across web, SMS, sales, and SEO; perform power and sample-size calculations; maintain anytime-valid monitoring and statistical readout standards; build trusted CAC, LTV, and conversion models across brands and channels; and automate metrics and statistical significance workflows using Lightdash, Python, dbt, Claude routines, Segment, and Flagsmith. The role is fully remote within Brazil as an independent contractor, with US-facing partners.
