LawnStarter is hiring its first dedicated Growth and Experimentation Data Analyst as a Brazil-based fully remote independent contractor. The individual contributor will own experimentation design and statistical rigor across web, SMS, sales, and SEO tests, build a trusted acquisition-to-conversion funnel model, automate self-serve metrics and statistical-significance workflows in Lightdash and Python, and partner with the CRO, Growth PMs, and marketing to drive measurable conversion improvements. The role requires strong SQL, Python, dbt, Lightdash, experimentation statistics, funnel and attribution analytics, and familiarity with Segment and Flagsmith instrumentation.
