Description
LawnStarter is hiring its first dedicated Growth and Experimentation Data Analyst to own experimentation design and statistical rigor across web, SMS/drip, sales, and SEO tests, while also building a trusted acquisition-to-conversion funnel model. The individual contributor will extend existing Lightdash, Python, dbt, Segment, Flagsmith, and Claude-based tooling into a self-serve experimentation layer, automate metrics and statistical significance workflows, monitor instrumentation and attribution health, and translate analysis into growth decisions. This is a fully remote Brazil-based independent contractor role with US-facing partners.
