LemFi is hiring a Growth and Marketing Manager to own growth and community operations for the Chinese diaspora in the United Kingdom. The role combines field-based community events, forums, grassroots partnerships, trade-show representation, market research, campaign analysis, and internal advocacy with Growth, Marketing, Product, and Operations. Candidates need at least five years of growth, sales, or marketing experience, a track record of meeting acquisition or revenue targets, deep knowledge of Chinese diaspora communities in the UK, partnership-building ability, analytical skills, and comfort with frequent travel.
