Description
Valid is hiring a founder’s right-hand to support growth, operations, automation, recruiting, partnerships, events, and special projects across its early-stage advertising company. The role works directly with the founder, takes ownership of projects from 0 to 1, and may evolve into Head of Operations, Head of Growth, or Chief of Staff. It requires startup experience, direct founder communication, independent project execution, and comfort with automation and no-code tools; preferred qualifications include venture capital experience, founder or early-stage employee experience, event planning, and light technical skills. The position is in-person in San Francisco and includes competitive salary, equity, 401k, healthcare, FSA, and lunch.
