Monk is hiring a Growth Associate to help build and scale its growth engine for its AI-native accounts receivable platform. The role supports growth campaign planning and measurement, funnel and pipeline analytics, growth experiments, CRM and process improvements, lightweight automation, prospect research, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, product, engineering, and operations. It is a hands-on, analytical role requiring 1–3 years of relevant experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and comfort with spreadsheets, CRM systems, dashboards, and basic automation. The position is based in Monk’s Flatiron, New York office and offers medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible paid time off, and a dinner stipend.
