AfterQuery is hiring a Growth Associate to architect and scale the expert supply engine powering frontier AI training. The role owns manual and automated acquisition pipelines, expands the expert network, develops purchasing, conference, university, and partnership initiatives, and collaborates with marketing and engineering. It requires experience scaling talent networks, marketplaces, recruiting, or outbound sales; analytical rigor; strong communication; and operational execution. Preferred qualifications include GTM tooling, startup cadence flexibility, and passion for frontier AI.
