The role uses LinkedIn Recruiter and Sales Navigator, develops sourcing channels, maintains expert relationships, and collaborates with project managers, product, and engineering teams. Candidates should have 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, outbound sales, or recruiting, along with strong sourcing, funnel, communication, and relationship-building skills.
