Spruce is hiring a Growth Manager to support its expansion as it adds thousands of heat-pump installers. The role combines growth experiments, marketing and content creation, sales and customer-success systems, and data analysis and reporting. It requires 1–6 years of work experience, strong communication and analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and familiarity with AI tools. The position is based in London or Bristol with 2–3 days per week in person, offers a £50,000–£70,000 base salary plus quarterly bonus and equity, and includes private medical cover and other benefits.
