Samlino Group is hiring a Growth Associate to own and drive projects and initiatives across its banking, insurance, and utilities markets. The role is based in Sunny Lisbon with travel to the other markets, and involves setting goals, planning and executing projects, identifying bottlenecks, building accountability, coaching teams, improving processes, and accelerating organizational growth. Candidates should be proactive, analytical, self-motivated, organized, fluent in English, and hold an EU work permit; industry experience is not required.
