Cabify is hiring an SMB Growth Analyst to monitor and improve the small and medium-sized business segment’s commercial operations, analyze acquisition funnel performance, maintain reporting, identify growth opportunities, and support experiments and AI/automation initiatives. The role requires an undergraduate degree or master’s in a relevant business, engineering, economics, data, or business analytics field, strong Excel or Google Sheets and funnel-analysis skills, native Spanish or equivalent proficiency, and the ability to work with teams across Spain, Chile, Argentina, Colombia, and Peru.
