Description
The Growth Banker supports business and commercial banking customers by providing product information, opening company accounts, promoting payment acceptance and loan products, migrating customers to digital channels, handling customer requests and complaints, preparing sales reports, and maintaining KYC and commercial register accuracy. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in commerce, business administration, accounting, or an equivalent field, 2–4 years of experience, English and Arabic proficiency, and a Growth Bankers Certificate for promotion to Senior Growth Banker.
