Description
Edenred Mobility is hiring a Growth Data Scientist to develop and deploy advanced analytics and machine learning solutions supporting sales and customer management. The role involves building predictive models such as churn, cross-sell, up-sell, propensity, and segmentation models; converting them into operational commercial outputs; partnering with business, data engineering, and IT stakeholders; monitoring model and business performance; and presenting recommendations to management. The position requires 3–5 years of data science experience, strong Python, PySpark, SQL, machine learning, Azure Databricks, and Azure ecosystem expertise, plus a scientific or quantitative degree and fluent English. It is a permanent hybrid role with smart working 10 days per month, based on the available posting context in Italy.
