Description
Growth Protocol is hiring a Growth Delivery Director to lead the deployment of its neuro-symbolic reasoning platform across enterprise client engagements. The role owns the full client relationship from onboarding through expansion, translates complex business challenges into structured workflows, partners with C-suite stakeholders and engineering and AI/ML teams, and drives account retention and expansion. Candidates need at least seven years of consulting or solution delivery experience, hands-on AI/ML deployment experience, and a record of managing complex multi-stakeholder engagements. The role is fully remote until the Munich office opens in Summer 2026, after which it will transition to a hybrid schedule, and candidates must be based in Germany within commuting distance of Munich.
