Bounce is hiring a Growth Engineer for its Lisbon office to scale its marketplace by building backend and frontend systems that improve user acquisition, activation, and conversion. The role owns customer problems, runs A/B tests, analyzes user behavior, improves conversion funnels and growth loops, and collaborates with Product, Design, and other teams. It requires production systems experience, generalist full-stack ownership, proficiency in technologies such as Elixir, React Native, Expo, React, NextJS, and Typescript, and knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
