The role focuses on business operations and strategy, growth marketing data pipelines, account identification and scoring, and internal sales tooling, while partnering with sellers, revenue operations, growth marketing, and engineering teams. Candidates should have a quantitative technical background, early-stage operating experience, and the ability to combine strategy with hands-on engineering; consulting, go-to-market systems, LLM production, workflow automation, predictive modeling, and growth marketing experience are preferred.
