Koltin is hiring an experienced full-time Growth Product Manager to own the self-service enrollment journey from the quote calculator through payment, consent, signatures, HubSpot, and the sales portal. The role will build and maintain the enrollment flow, design and measure conversion experiments, analyze drop-off points, automate guide and operations work, explore artificial intelligence for sales, and make autonomous decisions about priorities, technical solutions, and production changes. The position is based in Mexico and includes medical assistance, major medical expenses insurance, professional development tools, additional leave, equipment, and monthly and one-time financial support.
