NewsBreak is hiring a Growth Engineer to design, build, and ship technical growth mechanisms such as acquisition funnels, onboarding flows, referral loops, activation triggers, and monetization experiments. The role owns acquisition budgets, analytics tracking, A/B testing, cohort analysis, business cases, and growth roadmaps, while translating technical results into recommendations for senior executives and clients. Candidates need a degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, strong hands-on coding ability, at least three years of relevant growth or technical product experience, and strong executive communication skills.
