Tacto is seeking a highly autonomous Growth Engineer to drive exponential growth in the DACH region. This role focuses on identifying and implementing novel growth mechanisms such as supplier network effects, viral mechanics in industrial supply chains, and product-led acquisition strategies. The ideal candidate has prior experience building products from scratch, possesses strong leadership qualities, and is fluent in both German and English. They will be responsible for owning organic acquisition through technical SEO and AI search engines, launching product-led wedges, and executing rapid iteration cycles from concept to scaling.
