Trove is hiring a Growth Engineer in New York City to build the internal systems, instrumentation, tooling, automation, dashboards, and experimentation infrastructure that support acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention. The role works with founders and GTM leadership to create high-leverage systems, prototype tools, automate customer support flows, surface growth insights, and use AI to accelerate delivery. The position requires end-to-end growth-stack experience, experimentation infrastructure, cross-functional system design, and strong ownership in ambiguous environments.
