Virio is hiring a full-time, in-office Growth Engineer in San Francisco to own the systems that acquire, convert, and expand users at scale. The role covers acquisition loops, funnel optimization, monetization, experimentation and analytics infrastructure, growth data modeling, campaign-to-product conversion, and technical direction for growth engineering. Candidates should have at least three years of experience owning growth or product systems, experience building B2C growth systems, and strong expertise in data, instrumentation, and experimentation. The position offers $150,000–$250,000 in base compensation plus meaningful equity, along with medical, dental, vision, retirement, wellness, relocation, and other benefits.
