The role involves coding growth loops, designing acquisition, onboarding, referral, activation, and monetization mechanisms, establishing analytics and experimentation infrastructure, testing hypotheses, and handing winning mechanics to product teams. Candidates need a degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, strong hands-on coding ability, and 3+ years of experience in growth engineering, software engineering, or a related technical product or growth role. The position offers an annual base pay range of $40–$60 USD and may include discretionary bonuses and options.
