Description
The Growth Engineer will join a client’s Product & Engineering team to design, build, and optimize product features that improve user acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, referral, and revenue. The role combines full-stack software development with product analytics, A/B testing, experimentation, funnel optimization, referral programs, technical SEO, and growth automation. It is a full-time contractor position based in LATAM, 100% remote, with working hours aligned to the United States Pacific Time Zone.
